The Pflugerville Police Department will host its second Coffee With a Cop event from 7 – 9 a.m. on Friday, August 4, at Brotherton’s Black Iron Barbecue located at 15608 Spring Hill Ln. #105.
Residents of all ages are encouraged to visit with leaders from PPD to ask questions and learn about ongoing community-wide efforts to keep Pflugerville safe.
The “Coffee with a Cop” program allows citizens and police to come together in an informal, neutral space to discuss community issues, build relationships, and drink coffee. The program aims to advance the practice of community policing through building relationships between police officers and community members, one cup of coffee at a time.
